How long will my order take?

Orders for in stock items will ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays.

Do you offer gift cards? 

Not currently, but we hope to offer gift cards in the future.

Do you have store locations?

We do not have a brick and mortar location, yet; however, we participate in several vendor markets around the North Texas area. For a list of upcoming events, please click here.

What is your return policy?

Items purchased in-person at a vendor market are final sale and we do not accept returns. 

For items purchased online, returns are accepted for two weeks after placing the order. Please send the item to the address below with the packing slip and in the original packaging. When we receive the item, in good shape, we will refund your card for the amount of the item. Shipping is not refunded.

I received my order, but something is wrong. What should I do? 

While never intentional, and hopefully not common, mistakes happen. Please email us within three business days of receiving your item(s) with the order number and a short description of what happened, and we do our best to make it right. 

Please note that we reserve the right to substitute items based on availability. We make every effort to swap out of stock items with one of equal value and we will communicate changes to you before shipping.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do? 

To report a damaged item, please email us within three business days of receiving your item(s) with the order number, a short description of what happened, and photos of the damaged item(s). Each email will be reviewed individually to determine the next best steps for the customer.

What shipping method to you use? 

Our main methods are USPS and UPS and, on occasion, FedEx.

Can I ship a gift to someone?

Yes! You may choose to send your purchased items to a different address during the checkout process.
